An Architect and a Project Manager by training – has demonstrated and utilized his past 20 years of construction industry experience to maximize capital projects positively; providing design innovations, solutions and value engineering ideas that have resulted in up to 15% cost savings for his clients.
His educational qualification includes: Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Grand Canyon University Phoenix, Arizona; Master of Technology in Architecture from Federal University of Technology, Minna.
He is a Fellow of the society of Project Management and Development Professionals International, Member of Nigeria Institute of Architect (NIA) and Facility Management Professional Member of International Facilities Management International. (IFMA)
He has considerable work experience in Residential, Commercial, Health, and Institutional design proposal and development in Nigeria.
He has strong leadership, collaboration work ethic, Critical thinking, professionalism and good communication skills.
Akeeb B.Shekoni AIA, MNIA
He is a masters of science degree in Architecture from the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria. He his presently the president of ASKON ARCHITECT PC, NEW YORK. He was the Project Manager for Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City between 1993-2001 before starting his own firm (ASKON) in 2001. He is a member of American Institute of Architect, Construction Specification Institute (CSI). Register Architect in Nigeria, New York and Maryland.
Arc Usman,Nmadu Silas. MNIA
He’s a chartered Architect with about 35 years industry experience and has been involved in several projects, some of which include the Supreme Court Complex HQ Abuja, the National Assembly Housing Quarters Apo, Institutional Building Projects, Projects for the Nigerian Police Force and the Nigerian Fire Service, Resettlement Schemes and many more.
He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1987 with M.Sc (Arch) and has retired as a deputy director from the services of Federal Capital Development Authority.
A Master Degree holder in the field of architecture from the Federal University of Technology, Minna. With about 10 years industry experience in designing and co- managing the construction of a wide range of projects in Abuja; she has demonstrated special ability in building space optimization and proficiency in the use of Revit and AutoCAD software. She also possesses critical thinking and problem-solving skills which have resulted in risk mitigation and cost saving in projects.
